Later, the seller contacted her again and said that he could refund the whole amount and bear the cost of the appraisal. Xiao Chen did not agree.

In May 14th, Tmall unauthorized the above money to hit her Alipay, closed the rights protection channel, the seller also pulled her black.

Insist on complaining three times compensation

Xiao Chen has made a complaint to the consumers' Association and the industry and Commerce Bureau of Foshan, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, where Tmall is located, as well as the seller's location, Guangdong.

Hangzhou industry and Commerce Bureau said that the Foshan industry and Commerce Bureau said that they had no right to enforce compensation.

Xiao Chen looked for similar rights protection cases everywhere. A netizen suggested that she could report business to the administrative bureau of industry and Commerce of Foshan. Businessmen might agree to pay compensation under the pressure of administrative punishment.

After a week or so, the seller contacted her and said he wanted to be private, and agreed to pay three times the value of the bed itself at 1780 yuan, or 5340 yuan, on the condition that Xiao Chen had to sign an agreement agreeing to delete all complaints, posts and WeChat micro-blog which were previously released.
