Globally, young people after 80, 90 or even 00 are the main force in online shopping, and China is no exception.

These consumers have an unprecedented enthusiasm for the use of digital technology. Online shopping is not only a habit for them, but also gradually becomes a new way of life.

At present, the six forms of online shopping that are commonly used, namely, online shopping, door-to-door delivery, self ordering in online ordering stores, driving through pick-up, designated site pick-up, virtual supermarket and automatic customization, are most popular among young consumers. They are also the generation who want to make full use of online shopping in the future.

According to the survey, 9%, 17% of middle and old aged people, 22% of young people, 30% of young people, and 28% of young people have already used online shopping and door-to-door service.

Among them, young respondents said they would like to use various online shopping methods in the future.

Especially in China, online ordering and door-to-door delivery are universal.

More than 1/3 of respondents in the Asia Pacific region said they had already had online shopping experience, and the online customization function was also more popular in the region than the global level, and the proportion of China was even as high as 30%.
