Export Tax Rebate For Sichuan Shoe Enterprises To Add Winter Clothes

The new export tax rebate announced by the Ministry of Finance on 17 may give relief to Sichuan's export enterprises.

On the 19 day, a lot of shoe companies in China's women's shoes talked about what benefits they could get from the new deal.

"We have been reflecting the problem of raising the export tax rebate rate to the state from the beginning of the year," said Peng Jun, director of the industrial operation center of the women's shoes capital of China. The increase from 11% to 13% is not high. The magnitude of 2% means that the shoe enterprises have increased 2% profits, reduced the pressure of the enterprises, and added a "winter cotton coat" for the enterprises.

He predicts that after the new deal comes into effect next month, some enterprises that lose money may "bring death back to life". "Sometimes the shoes produced by enterprises are likely to lose money when they are affected by the RMB exchange rate and other factors. But after the new deal comes out, some enterprises can maintain capital production."

However, the new deal has also caused some enterprises to suffer heavy losses.

The executive vice general manager of Sichuan Xinlixin import and export limited liability company said that because of the general expectation that the state would introduce new export tax rebate policy, some textile enterprises "gambling list" took the risk of losing money, but "the textile export tax rebate rate has not changed".

The industry believes that based on the shrinking trend of export volume, the export tax rebate rate of textile, clothing and shoes will still have room for improvement in the future.

Previously, the export tax rebate rate for these commodities was as high as 17%.
