Zhao Qinghe, general manager of the production base of Zhengzhou Dun Sen Clothing Co., Ltd., said: "the clothing industry in Henan has a high reputation in the whole country. Although there is no shortage of designers, because of the lack of fashionable atmosphere in the interior, the clothing works have never reached the standard of International fashion, and have obviously lagged behind the coastal areas in management experience."

At present, the costumes have been on the decline in the coastal areas due to the rising labor costs and rising operating costs.

In the view of the Henan apparel industry association, the significance of this cooperation is much more than just getting orders. They hope to introduce a batch of superior enterprises on the basis of going out and jointly promote the development of Henan's garment industry.
