In July, the contract opened at 155.85 cents, the highest 157.47 cents on the plate, the lowest 153.32 cents, and ended at 153.89 cents, down 1.72 cents, 7329 hands in volume, 70958 hands in empty volume, 133.57 cents in October, 0.54 cents lower, and December contracts at 119.76 cents, no rise or fall.


Market participants said that the next few days, the cotton market may continue to decline, but in mid June, the United States floods and drought damage to cotton will have a clearer assessment, the cotton market may improve ahead of schedule.
