What Is The Prospectus?

Other regions with listed trading conditions can only be listed on the stock exchanges of Shenzhen and Shanghai. The prospectus is approved by the State Council stock market listing meeting.

After the approval of the government authorized department, the prospectus shall be announced by the initiator through the media, so that the public can know it.
