Simple Rental Contract Model

A and B

First, Party A will lease the premises of X XXXX building, XX District, XX street, XX City, and lease it to Party B for use. The lease term will be extended from the XX month of XX XX to the XX month of XX year in XX year.

Two. The monthly rent of this house is RMB XX yuan, payable monthly / quarterly / year.

Every month, at the beginning of each month / beginning of each quarter / X per year, Party B pays the full month / quarter / year rent to Party A.

Three. During the lease of Party B, the cost of water, electricity, heating, gas, telephone, property, and other expenses incurred by Party B shall be borne by Party B.

At the end of the lease, Party B shall pay the arrears.

Four, Party B agrees to pay the advance deposit as a deposit, and when the contract terminates, it will be used as a rent.

Five, housing lease period, from year to month to year.

During this period, any party who wants to terminate the contract must notify the other party three months in advance and pay the penalty for the rent of the other party's total rent; if Party A pfers the premises, Party B has the right of preemption.

Six, the other expenses incurred except for land and overhauling expenses shall be borne by Party B.

Seven, during the tenancy period, without the consent of Party A, Party B has no right to sublet or lend the house. It is not allowed to change the structure and use of the house.

Eight, Party A guarantees that there is no property right dispute in the house; Party B shall assist Party A in providing housing property rights certificate or other relevant supporting materials because of its operational needs.

Nine, if there is any dispute in this contract, the two sides can resolve it through consultation. If any negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to bring a lawsuit to the XX people's court for judicial settlement.

Ten, the contract is X copies, and each Party A and B shall hold X copies of the contract from the date of signing by both parties.
