4 Notices For Expo 2010 Have Been Included In The Legislative Plan Of The Shanghai Municipal Government.

　　市政府专门为世博会制定的28件通告实施一个多月来，落实情况良好。昨天，市政府法制办透露，对实施情况进行评估后，部分通告将通过立法予以固定，成为城市综合管理长效机制。

In order to ensure the smooth conduct of World Expo, the municipal government has formulated 28 notices in 7 areas, including social order, road traffic, safety production, food hygiene, environmental protection, city appearance and advertising management.

Liu Ping, deputy director of the municipal legislative affairs office, said that the relevant functional departments are strengthening the comprehensive urban management in all aspects according to the circular requirements.

The latest statistics of "12319 urban construction hotline" show that the number of complaints from the public has decreased by 20% compared with that of the previous year.

　　市政府法制办透露，世博通告的有效期均在世博会举办期间，最晚至今年底。目前，涉及市容管理的8件通告已进入后评估程序。其中，关于建筑垃圾和工程渣土处置及流动户外广告管理的4件通告，已列入今年市政府立法计划。
