Socks forming process: socks are formed products.

Three step forming

Two step forming

The flat socks are knitted on the folding socks machine, which can automatically start the mouth and fold the mouth, and form a flat double-layer stocking mouth.

Another kind of hosiery machine can be used to knit a plain stitch or rubber spandex on the hosiery machine.

Other machines can also be made into single bite and double bite.

These socks should be stitched by sewing machine to make socks.

Weaving a sock requires only two machines.

The double needle hosiery machine has two upper and lower pins.

Knitted socks and stockings can be knitted on the hosiery machine, but sewing heads are still necessary.

It also belongs to two steps.

One step forming

The hosiery is pferred to the syringe through the spear pan to be called "sleeve mouth", and the sock head is sewn together as "seam head".

These two processes are labor intensive, inefficient in production and consumption of raw materials.

After technological innovation, our country has developed a unique program of "single machine full automatic hosiery machine", which makes three processes of knitting socks, socks and sewing head continuously formed on a hosiery machine.

Socks production process
